Honestly the ECX AMP MT Kit, Tamiya TT-02s, and Traxxas Slash & Stampede 4x4 kits are good first time builds if you just want an RC to go play with. The Tamiya Lunch Box, Grasshopper, Blackfoot, Clodbuster, etc. Are classic 80s and 90s style kits. The "best" kits. You are looking at TLR, Team Associated, Tekno, X-Ray, Schumacher, etc.
Build quality surpasses the BMW/MB equivalents, and dare I say, even our multiple Lexus vehicles. Added a Q7 3.0T prestige to our fleet recently and am officially an Audi convert. Stellar vehicles, just keep up with basic maintenance and you’re golden. It’s only underrated by people who have never owned one.

Hey Audi people. I recently submitted a custom build with a dealership about a month back. Last week the dealership notified me that the build was accepted by Audi, but besides that I haven’t gotten any kind of date estimate (besides the standard “5-6 months”). The dealership says they are just waiting on further updates from Audi Germany.

Been a long time in the works and the base file on the Syvecs ECU is very rough, but still felt great to have the car stretch her legs and make some music while rolling around.
