I've also removed the OOBE folder in C:\Users\Editor\AppData\Local\Adobe as I understand this is where credentials are stored, but that didn't help either. It's pretty annoying that this keeps happending every day. Adobe sometimes has me verify my account as well, I'm assuming it's because they find the constant logins suspicious.

Go to Edit - Preferences - Commenting and make sure that "Always use log-in name for author name" is ticked off, and then select your comment, right-click it and select Properties. How do I change the "login name" in preference section under edit tab? This will be the name of the author of the comments automatically, but the name is different from the login name when I login into my account with Abobe website. The title in the picture is preference, and the second line says identity. The part marked yellow is login name.
