PlayStation Support is the one you need. Bottom right, click online assistant. If it's giving you a "Back so soon" message then switch to a different browser and try again. Or google Playstation support USA number and call them.

On the first support page (where it gives you the different options) there should be a Playstation Online Assistant chat at the bottom right. Click it and put your name in, then get to where it says to speak to an agent. Right away it asked for my email and sign-in ID, currently waiting to be transferred to an agent. Beyond infuriating.
