I am not a computer person but need to know how to install/reinstall Bluetooth on Windows 10. Going in to "Devices" it does not take me to a Bluetooth sign to let me turn it on. I am so confused.....I need to turn on Bluetooth in order to turn a speaker on. Thank You!
