@user_bzka5d . Same thing happening to me, i.e. "your Xfinity payment is declined" email. May of 2024 I did a chat with Karen of Xfinity online and Karen said "I would request you to kindly ignore those email (sp)". and "I will stop those emails from my side so you don't need to worry about this".
I have been trying for two days to pay a bill. Your customer service is absurd. You can't get a human, i can't associate a second account with my email, they won't verify me even though i set up the account and i have been on the phone for two days trying to pay a $50 bill. I use the Quick Bill Pay feature to pay my son's bill; I've done this for years, no problem. Lately, every time I try to use this function, I'm told I have to log in to verify that I'm him. The Quick Bill Pay page specifically says that we can use this feature TO PAY A BILL ON SOMEONE ELSE'S BEHALF.

Hello This is due to the login confirmation sending you in a refresh loop, Easy fix in Chrome top right of the browser left click the 3 dots or (Hamburger) then select New Incognito Window, now login but tick the box stay logged in and you should be all set.
I've had this same problem, of not being able to pay my bill online, getting a white screen, etc. Eventually, I used my remote to search for clues on what to do. Came across an option to pay my bill using my remote. Then I was prompted, " Next time say, "Pay My Bill" while holding down the voice command button.
