I tried a couple indie games, and it has the same result. At the time I am on Live and can get into arcade and normal games as normal. I only run into this problem on indie games. I've tried clearing my cache, soft resetting my modem and also deleting and re-downloading after said steps.
If i simply can't access and play like probably 50% of my indie games list, on original legitimate xbox 360 hardware then I'm not as interested in going after it. Edit, I'm watching a video from 9 months ago and he says "i can only re-download the full games I've bought and none of the demos" Can anybody confirm this?
Regardless of license status indie games always require a connection to LIVE. This is because they are unrated by any official body and require the connection in order for Microsoft to be able to disable it should something 'iffy' be found about them.-So when LIVE for the 360 is shutdown you will lose access to any indie games that you have bought.

Would they be archived on a server. I do understand publishers and developers still have access but I am wondering what would Microsoft still have?
