The Michigan State Medical Society (MSMS) is a professional association representing more than 15,000 physicians in Michigan. Incorporated on June 5, 1866, [1] MSMS is a non-profit, membership organization of physicians, graduates completing residency programs, and medical school students.
Membership in the MSMS is open to physicians who hold a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO), who have a current and valid Michigan medical license, or who are medical students in Michigan. Affiliate and military membership classifications are also available.
County medical societies and MSMS work together in meeting the needs of our physician members and showing value both at the local and state level. MSMS strives to provide the information and support the county societies need to be effective.

REFUND POLICY: MSMS Foundation understands the unpredictable schedules of health care professionals. However, due to meeting expenses incurred, it is necessary to charge a 10% processing fee for cancellation of any educational activity. Participants must cancel at least five (5) business days prior to a live event.
