Loved this feature. I remember one of the tricks to getting a river in the rand. map generator is to increase the water slider up to like 60 or 70 or something like that. Put it too high or too low and the game would just give you lakes and that'd be no fun.
people can already create maps freely. two of the first maps i ever downloaded 8 years ago were the skyrim map and the GTAV map. and i could be wrong, since i only bought the main DLC, but there are not any 'map' DLC that i know of.
