Is there a limit to the number of records that can be included in an export of an MS Forms survey? For example, if there are 50,000+ responses to a survey in MS Forms, will the download include all 50,000+ records? Thanks.
We are happy to help you. Based on your description, per our further test and search, we have to tell you that we can't only export the charts or graphs in the responses tab of the Microsoft Forms directly. We only can print all responses of the Forms via Print summary or click Open in Excel directly. Then all responses can export to Excel.

Meanwhile, you may create a form in Word for users to fill out for users to use offline, however this doesn't support submitting the form as Microsoft Forms, users need to connect to network and share the form with you. Also, this doesn't have the feature to automatically generate the analysis based on users' responses as Microsoft Forms does.
