Seems to be only the annual contract paid monthly. You have to pay 50% of the remaining contract. So for example if you have 9 months left and cancel, your fee is 50% of what you would have paid for the other 9 months. Prepay, annual contract just cancels the renewal and you have your subscription till the end of the contract
