I'll host a server for you, if you can put up with 15KB/s ADSL2 upload speeds. But for real though, you need to either pay $3-$5 a month for something acceptable, or host it yourself. The ones that do advertise as "free" are either a straight up scam, or unreliable and not at all capable.
