I have real-time protection enabled on my device and I can't turn it off. I can't even turn it off. I have tried multiple solutions like editing registry, power shell commands, and editing policy group but nothing worked. There is no third-party antivirus installed as well. Since installing the latest 22H2 Windows 11 update when I click on Windows Security / Virus & Threat Protection I get the message PAGE NOT AVAILABLE.
