Saks OFF 5TH, formerly Saks Fifth Avenue Off 5th, is an American off-price department store chain founded in 1990, and a sister brand to the luxury department store chain Saks Fifth Avenue. Both chains were owned by holding company Saks, Inc. until its acquisition by the Canadian-founded Hudson's Bay Company in 2013.

Overall, the mall held space for over 38 stores in 350,000 square feet (33,000 m 2) of retail space. It was the first major retail development along the Highway 72 bypass.
It opened in 1979 with anchor stores Belk-Beery (now Belk), JCPenney, and Sears. A later expansion added a new wing and Dillard's store to the center after Westfield Group purchased the mall.
