I called the corporate headquarters (800-782-2783), told them I'll be purchasing a new one soon, and they collected my VIN; the next day, they emailed me the coupon that expires a year out. 2018 Forester Premium, 6-speed manual.

Miles driven or days elapsed as a percentage of the total warranty (whichever benefits those that so,d you the warranty).

If you go to subaru.com, there's a "Customer Support" link on the upper-right of the page. Click on that and you see options to call them (1-800-SUBARU3 (1-800-782-2783)) or email them. The email option opens up a web-form you can fill out online.
Our actual timeline and email communications from Subaru of America (SOA) were as follows: Day 0. We placed our order at the dealership. Day 1. SOA confirmed our order and gave us our VON (Vehicle Order Number). The estimated time of delivery was 8 weeks. Week 4.
This would be my third vehicle Subaru. I recieved a $500 loyalty coupon from the traveling Subaru Crew that was in town for the annual car show back in 2017. This morning (Saturday) I call the 800# mention above and navigated to the Customer service prompt. Had a phone wait about 40 minutes.
Swamper - 2017 Subaru Forester . You should be able to wipe the phone from the system then start over. Though I think it syncs all contacts so you will need to remove from the phone before you resync. I think I also saw an option to resync so you may be able to just delete the one from the phone then resync it again.
Car is almost 5 months old with less than 2,700 miles on it. Tread depth is down to 8/32 on the front and 9/32 on rear already. TireRack shows the tread depth to be 10/32 on new Ecopia H/L 422 tires. Will have to call the dealer tomorrow so they can verify if there is an alignment problem, and if it is covered by the warranty obviously. Ugh. 😥.
