The limiting factor is now the QWERTY layout, with most speed records being held by a different layout. The Dvorak Simplified Keyboard as far as I'm aware. From the literature I perused some years ago, somewhere around 100wpm was considered fast in the workplace. 60-70wpm is good, and faster than most. So you'd stand out.
