I have been unable to access my email after a forced password reset as well. I have been out for five days. I've called comcast twice and was told that it is a system issue and they are trying to fix it. That doesn't do me any good when I have appointments that need to be confirmed and pre-registered through email. SO frustrating!!!
When I tried to access my billing account from the Comcast/Xfinity general website a login screen would flash and then just go away and leave a blank white screen. To enable third-party access please: Sign in to your comcast email through the website here. Select the settings (gear icon) in the top right. Select “Email Settings” below the gear icon. Select “Security” in the top left. Make sure the box below “Third Party Access Security” is checked.
