basically yes, except that they don't only post memes. Kappa has been a lot of things over the years, but this point it's been almost fully colonized by bigots and dirtbags. Place is a lost cause, pay it no heed. basically is the r/Fighters but out of control, no moderation, anything goes.
If you ask me Kappa is unironically the highest quality of FGC discussion on reddit. Heck, despite it's presentation and reputation it doesn't even have half the amount of horny posts that r/Streetfighter does.
