    It’s not a psychology type book, but The China Study will “scare” you into eating healthier because it explains why certain things are bad for you and what they actually do to your body. The author’s intentions aren’t to scare... just inform. It just scared me personally lol It definitely makes me think twice when I pick up certain foods.

    Interesting, but I doubt all of these are all psychological. Shape of drinking glass, for example, can change the aerodynamics of aroma, which is connected to taste, and there's evidence that the shape of a food can impact how the food hits taste buds.
