    When it's heated, you dump the contents from the steamer into the plate and stir it all up in the sauce. They make a nice filling lunch for a couple hundred calories and 3-4 grams of fat, and I think they're pretty tasty for a frozen meal. I had a Deep chicken curry meal last night that was edible.
