It may be for Win8, 8.1 or 10, depending on when the machine was built. If you copy the key and enter it in the 'check edition' section of ShowKeyPlus its edition will be described, eg: Core (aka Home) or Pro. The installed key is the key your Windows is using. If you have Pro and the key ends -3V66T then that is the generic W10 Pro key.

I used this tool ( Product Key Finder/Viewer ) and found that the Key codes are different , other than ShowKeyPlus . Which is correct / authentic ? Are you sure that ShowKeyPlus is reliable ?
