Hi, the only 'confirmation code' for Office 2007 that I know of is the Office 2007 Product Key. (Note, Office 2007 is very different to Office 2013, 2016, 2019, 2021. The Product Key is provided by the vendor on the package or in an email etc. If you have lost it you can go online to find a Product Key finder program.
