AirPods have a battery life of around 18 months to 2 years. I bought the airpods pro on the first day from the Apple store. About a week later I saw them on the Costco website for less so I ordered them thinking I’d return the first pair to the Apple store. I called Apple and they will match the costco price and then some by $5 because of the Apple Card and taxes. I just received my Costco order.

I originally bought AirPods from the Apple Store, then returned them and ended up regretting it. I went and bought them from Costco but they looked a little different than how I remembered so I bought them again from Apple to compare. My first theory was that they may be rare counterfeits, but Apple recognizes the serial number.
if you really think costco sold you fake air pods id definitely try to bring them back. however if you had went when you claimed to have started hearing the chinese lady then youd have a better case. i was able to return mine after a year and a half because one stopped working because apple has their own warranty through costco afaik. 4.
