First Ride Review: 2024 Polaris Indy XC 137 S4 Four Stroke Very few reviews on this model, thought I'd share my thoughts. 30+ year sledder and current Polaris Dealer. Just got done the break-in 100 mile ride on un-groomed logging trails and off trail bush whacking. Roughly a foot and half of snow.

we now have our own bearing plate and a greasable steel seal bearing with grease holes in the outer race. the plate is black anodized 3/16" alum. way stronger than the 1/16" steel plate Polaris uses. and is still lighter by a couple of grams. won't rust or corrode. over 20,000 test miles before released for sale. one guy put over 4000 miles on this season. no water hardly a mark on the plate ...
Put the dawg, dawg spring and plastic cover back in place and install the nut holding everything together. The spring is still unwound at this time and not under tension.
