Re: suppressor baffle pics (VERY PICTURE HEAVY) Thu May 05, 2011 4:41 pm. Misc/ form 1. I'll start with the form 1 silencers: A form 1 (5320.1) silencer is a homemade silencer. It is legal to make your own silencer but the form 1 HAS to be approved by the ATF and returned to you BEFORE you can make it.

  4. My 22LR Monocore Supp Design - Silencer Talk

    www.silencertalk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=52711

I finished the design of my monocore 22 suppressor and would like to get some comments. This suppressor will primarily be used on a MkIII & some on a 10/22 (and my AR15 after I get the 22LR kit (would not be used w/ 5.56)). This is a liitle tough to visualize if your not used to look at engr. dwgs., but sorry, I cannot do solid models (i.e. 3D).

  7. Silencing a .50 Beowulf

I'm getting a .50 Beowulf upper shortly, and I've decided to get a silencer made for it. Doing a build on a Form 1 is an option, but I would rather buy a tested design, from a reputable manufacturer. I've poked around on the net lately, looking for any reference on this and I've found very little.

But as regards the corrosion/lack of maintenance regiment issue; nope, think you missed the point there. They're pushing this petrochemical foamy ...
