A better way to handle this might be to contact your debit card company and dispute the payment. If you can't access any payment info in your Roku account, this charge does sound fishy. If it were me, I'd dispute payment, then set up a payment plan directly with Hulu. Good luck! 🙂
On the pay screen, it reads, "hulu Confirm order, Charges will be billed to your Roku account. Your contact information will be exchanged between Roku and Hulu." And since I don't currently have a credit card on file with Roku, above the "Cancel" selection it reads, "Add new payment method" even though I do have a credit card on file with Hulu ...

I am being billed for Roku for hulu. I recently got a new roku device. I updated my cc information and received bill for Roku for Hulu this month. I do not have a hulu account to cancel. I see from payment history on my Roku account, that I have been being billed for months, but on a credit card that had expired.
