Sadly, that shows up for everyone. Start a chat with support on Spotify For Artists, follow their requests (sending links to websites, social media, etc), and they’ll get it handled. I’ve done it twice now and received access within ten-twenty minutes. Jump to reply.
Keep in mind that it's not possible to register two Spotify Accounts with the same email address. If you've already set up a personal account, it's likely you did that with another email address. If that's the case, it's a good idea to try out the steps listed in this Spotify Answer.

My question is that I have heard from a few places that you can link the Artist page that the distributers put up with the music and the user account the actual artist has. How does one do this?
