    One way is to simply grab the top handle of the window and drag it to the top left corner of the screen and then diagonal drag the bottom right corner of the window to fill the screen, and then close the window, and reopen it, it should remember the size, repeat for other windows that are smaller than your screen size.

    Go into Settings > System > Display and make sure the Recommended Screen Resolution is set. Turn off Scaling there, too.
