1024RF. 4. Posted December 8, 2023. I am having some issues with my mods not taking effect /deploying into my Skyrim SE game after the recent update. Really need help. I am playing Skyrim SE and since the update all my mods don't work in the new game. I've tried purge and deploy, Disable and enable, reviewing ALL my mods and using LOOT, and EEdit.

Current Anniversary Edition build 2.2.3 (game version 1.6.640): Download 7z File. Current Special Edition build 2.0.20 (game version 1.5.97): Download 7z File I then checked my skyrim version through properties on the Launcher. 1.6.640. Posted January 26. I'm having some troubles making SkyUI and a few other mods work but I can't find the MCM. I have Skyrim Configuration Menu but that's not working either. Go to topic listing.
Take the notepad, write down your goals, step by step, with descriptions. Then - just do it. If you stuck - search until you will find the answer. Youtube / google / forums etc. Step by step. My first problem with scripting was... how the hell can I add or remove gold from PC or NPC by dialogue. I found the solution.
Open the Mods page and go down to SkyII_5_2_SE. On the right side, click on Open in file manager. The folder should contain SkyUI_SE.bsa and SkyUI_SE.esp. Also a fomod folder - not of interest. Now go to your game directory Data folder. Same two files should be there. Same size and date stamps. Report back with your results.
So I am trying to install mods onto Skyrim Special Edition. However some of the mods require "Skyrim Script Extender" to function. However whenever I try to use this mod from all the links that I have been provided, it doesn't work. I am being told that apparently it doesn't work for Special Edition, only for the original Skyrim.

I think I fixed the deployment issue. I just manually set the modded SSE location through the Games tab in Vortex, although I assume that's not the correct fix. I also purged my mods in the process, so I can now play normally. However, there is still the issue with the presence of the reinstalled SSE in (C:).
