    1) Split the 5 and 2.4 networks. 2) disable the 5 GHz network via logging into the router (10.0.0.1), (I don't see another option available through in the app) 3) connect all your 2.4 only tech - which usually involves a person's cell phone, so the cell phone needs to be connected to the 2.4 network. 4) enable the 5GHz again.

    Thanks for letting us know. Please follow these directions. Select File and then Account Settings. Select your Comcast.net email account and then click Change.... Microsoft Outlook Account Settings screen. Confirm that the account type is POP and then click More Settings. Change Account screen in Microsoft Outlook.
