I understand you need help on your log in with Epic. Try using a different browser to check if you can log in to it without issues. Or if not, try browsing using inprivate browsing or incognito. I had the same problem and I can confirm that your epic account will be a different email to your psn account, even though your epic account is linked to your psn account. I could log in and play games on my old Ps4 using my psn log in. However, when I log in on epic pc using my psn log in credential, it then continued to ask for an email.

Within my son's Epic Games account he currently has a connection to his Switch. When I try to link to his new box (which is his home xbox) I want it to connect to his xbox account, but instead it connects to my xbox account and at no point does it ask which box account to link to!
