Yesterday I discovered that many websites were blocked by a virus. I tried to Google Malwarebytes and other AV sites. They all were blocked. I have a dell W10 laptop with 2 logins. I signed into the 2nd one and was able to download the Malwarebytes free trial and install it. I ran a FULL scan and it found 5 items which I put in Quarantine.
Same goes for me, i accidently stopped the cleaning session (witch i shouldn't have done in the first place but it's already too late) on malwarebytes support and now i can't reinstall it.
ID:1501423. Posted February 9, 2022. Hi, I am reinstalling Malwarebytes but it gets stuck at 19%. I had used the malwarebytes tools to remove Malwarebytes (mb-support-1.8.4.896), restart the PC, install Malwarebytes.. and it still get stuck at 19%.
By the way, if you want to consider, Kaspersky has a rescue disk which you can download / then setup on a USB bootable media / then do a scan of the disk to check for viruses & malware. Kasperksy rescue disk ISO
