I prefer Saks just to get the points but Neiman's service was excellent and I would buy from them again. The boutiques do the best wrap job on the bags and I have had great luck pre-ordering from the boutiques.

I got a full refund to my NM cc. NM's return policy is very open-ended - they only require you to have the receipt and in most cases the tags too. G.
Oct 27, 2014. #13. In France, they don't even let you keep the tag! I have to always take photos of the tag bc they insist on keeping it, so that I can remember the model number. I do think that the more recent caviar bags look fake, in general, IMHO.
