I use flux and blue light blocking glasses when it gets dark to help reduce the effect screens have on sleep quality. I have no idea if it really makes that much of a difference

But if you are feeling like you have eye strain after a day of using computers. You probably should see an optometrist because you will probably benefit from a set prescription glasses.

    Glasses are kind of redundant I feel when you can use f.lux or Windows' built in blue light filter. I have it set to reduce blue light by 70% or so at 9PM. Works wonders for me, really helped me go to sleep faster.
