The problem has been partially resolved. However, my efforts to just get rid of the McAffee LiveSafe have been frustrating. I have tried to uninstall the program using Windows Settings, Control Panel to no avail. It is a preinstalled program that came with my Dell 2-in-1 tablet/laptop. In order to remove all of the lingering files in McAfee you will need to go to there site and download the " McAfee Consumers Product Removal Tool " the (MCPR).
