S4ts. Make sure an antivirus isn't blocking the exe from loading. Sometimes antivirus software can be a bit overzealous. well its not antivirus issue or windows firewall... the app is opening as the task manager says including with the services of corsair but the iCUE Window wont appear at all!
Thanks for the reply @c-attack I originally downloaded icue when i purchased the K55, but never really used it, i used the hue sync app, as i have multiple hue options (behind monitor and light bulb) in my office, and i wondered if it was possible to sync the keyboard also - and discovered the murals feature this morning.
Also, once you have upgraded iCUE past 3.20, the profiles will be stamped with the latest version. When you roll back, it cannot read them. It will be like starting over. You can cut and paste the profiles and settings to a safe place and drop them in later if you change your mind. [C:Users/name/App Data (hidden)/Roaming/Corsair]
This seems to have restored whatever was wrong with the program and I am now able to successfully run iCue. I still don't have a solid theory about what happened to cause this problem, but I hope that the folks at Corsair sees this thread and makes changes to the software to allow a proper "Repair" process to work in their program.

Download 5.18.106 and run exe. Click uninstall from the list of three options. When the uninstall routine completes you will be Prompted to install Icue > click continue. When Install is complete you will get a notification that ICUE has been scheduled to start with windows and prompted to Restart > click Restart.
Then again, when the installation process comes to an end it require a system restart..and then, nothing has changed. As I wrote previously, the only things left in my PC about iCUE are register keys, under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ and empty folders under C:\Program Files (x86)\Corsair.
