I recently made a large payment to bring the balance, but even after the payment cleared from my bank account, the Capital One consumer website says I have no available credit. I had one credit card with them and I defaulted in 2015 and it was sent to collections, Midland Funding. I settled and paid the principle amount before it was charged off for $355 in 2018.

There was one difference, in addition to the red banner "Problem Processing Your Request" I received this message below " The Username or Password you entered is incorrect. Please try again." just to see what would happen if I entered incorrect information. This tells me the website knows who I am.
