SOLVED 2/23/2024 : After some Troubleshooting, I finally found the problem. Something with the recent update must've screwed something up with the OPENXR runtime settings for the game. As you all may know, playing Steam VR games on Quest 2 requires you to boot the Oculus software to then boot Steam VR, which tanks performance greatly for many games.
