As of the 2020 United States census , the borough's population was 1,504, [ 9 ] an increase of 175 (+13.2%) from the 2010 census count of 1,329, [ 18 ] [ 19 ] which in turn reflected a decline of 258 (−16.3%) from the 1,587 counted in the 2000 census .
