The SRD spells are availible directly through their site, but non-SRD content will require a purchase (still very useful as an index).

As a side note, detect magic detects the magic of spell scrolls which contain spells that have not been cast. That is because scrolls are magic items, and magic items are always magical and therefore detectable, as per the criteria in the Sage Advice Compendium , not because they contain a spell.

Specializations and schools are terms used for the Wizard class, and work differently because the Wizard class has different rules. Technically only a single druid circle (land) has circle specific spells. All druids gain access to the druid spell list, regardless of circle. And spells have schools regardless of class.
