I've used vortex for a long time now since the beginning of its development. I was premium long before vortex even existed, and it has gotten progressively worse over the years. The download speeds very, even finding 300mb downloads taking longer than 1 gb or 30 mb download taking longer than a 60.

Vortex doesn't limit download speeds in any way (unless you use the bandwidth limiter in settings->downloads). The server enforces the download speed limits free users, not Vortex.
