So i lost one of my earbuds and i wanted to find them on the galaxy wearable app on my GalaxyS22. And the only option that appears to "track" my earbuds is Find my earbuds, But only for the Loud beep sound. Samsung is able to do a repair or replacement of a single buds as long as you have the charging case and left buds. A few hours ago I wanted to use my SAMSUNG Galaxy Buds 2 Pro but you hear the sound of them connecting but you do not hear the media I've tried the reset method (placing them in the case) but it doesn't work either it needs repair or what other effective method to fix that there is?

If one or both of your Galaxy earbuds are not charging or turning on, the issue may be with the earbuds themselves or the charging case.
