In my personal experience, Nintendo>Xbox>>>>PlayStation for US customer service. You should call them. I've never been able to connect to anyone on their chat. 1-800-345-7669. I'll certainly give it a try but I'm worried about getting a bunch of long distance charges from trying to connect with them.
Seems pretty standard for chat support. Looks like you're getting into a queue in those screens though. 120-300 is probably going to be a long wait. I get dropped out of queues or "mysteriously" disconnected all the time from various companies though. The worst is phone support. At least with chat you can do something else.

Yeah they changed the email. Then in this case, just contact Customer Support through chat (if possible). They will most likely ask a couple security questions. Tell them your account was hacked and they changed the email address attached to it. Tell them you know the original email address and whatever information they may require.
