Hi there. For the last 2 or 3 days I can no longer open my email messages from my Outlook Inbox on my laptop, which has Windows 10. I can see the new/unread emails in the Inbox but when I click on any of them the Inbox goes blank and the message just won't open. Also, my name is no longer displayed in the top right corner of the Outlook page.

To check, select Filter at the top of the message list, then see if Show Focused Inbox is enabled. Have you checked your Deleted Items folder if there are emails that are deleted by accident? I have had this problem on and off for the past 6 months approx. Sometimes, when I log into my hotmail account and my inbox pops up, I can no longer navigate the site. So I cannot move between folders or delete emails, and most importantly I cannot open emails. I can see them listed in my inbox but cannot leave the inbox page.
