    The longer wheelbase rides smoother and has much greater towing capacity if you ever need to haul something. Back seat gains 2" of leg room and you actually have cargo space in your Jeep. Perfect for everyday use and hitting the trails. Some things to consider: A 2007 JK Unlimited will ride a lot smoother than a LJ.

    2027 posts · Joined 2016. #1 · Sep 20, 2018. im seriously contemplating getting a rubicon transfer case for my sport, but is it really worth the $1000? going from the gearing calculator, at idle in low range (900ish rpms), my 2.72 case with 4.46 first gear and 4.88 diff gears puts me at 1.8 mph. with the rubi case, it puts me at 1.2 mph.

I found a 'new'ish one for $2,500 from JB Conversions JB Conversions, Inc. I also found one used through a salvage yard with 58k miles on it for $1,400.
