Shipping time has improved, and they have great prices and always get my prescription right. I've stopped using Warby Parker (due to cost increase), and Bonlook (never get prescription right), and almost exclusively get my glasses at Firmoo now. I would recommend if you don't mind cheap frames.
Absolute horrible service. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses for about $50, about a day or so later I got a email that firmoo had put my order on "hold" but they were also refunding my money. They told me that my bank flagged it as a risky transaction but when I called my bank they said the opposite, the transaction had went through successfully.

Really cute glasses and great customer service! I know it seems kinda suspicious because the price is way lower than buying glasses in a traditional optometrist shop, but it is legit. My prescription lenses came accurate and I have no issues with them. Date of experience: August 20, 2024. Useful.
