This mod can unlock CAS items such as hats, clothing, etc. It works in the same way as buying clothing at the festival. Using cas.fulleditmode doesn't get all outfits. The thing is that there isn't any cheat to unlock all CAS items, and it's odd that we can unlock all the BB items but not the CAS items. We should be able to unlock CAS items too.
