I already set the option in Accessibility -> Keyboard -> "Use the print screen key to open snipping tool" to off, but its still not working. If i change the hotkey in lightshot options to another one like "Insert", the program works proppertly, but with the key prtnscr doesnt work. Please, i want to use the printscreen key in lightshot!!
Esqueci de mencionar, mas ao desabilitar a opção, provavelmente você tem que configurar o Lightshot e adicionar a tecla Print Screen. Basta clicar com botão direito do mouse no ícone do aplicativo, que normalmente fica no canto inferior direito. Caso não tenha essa opção, tente reinstalar o Lightshot. Aguardo seu feedback!
