Open Finder and go to Applications > Utilities > Keychain Access app; On the left panel in the Keychain app, set the Keychains to Login and the Category to Passwords. Find and delete any entries that show Quicken or Quicken Connect and this FI name; Quit the Keychain Access app and open Quicken. Go to Accounts > Add Account.

Navy Federal is requiring everyone to access their accounts differently now. NFCU wants you to create a username that is different from the access code that you have been using. > > After you login using the new username, quicken will ask you if you want to change your existing access-code based account to the new username based account.
Quicken seems to have a lot of issues across multiple banking institutions, multiple different technical reasons, trouble codes. And slow resolution with minimal customer status updates. Quicken really seems to have issues with connecting to Pentagon Federal Credit Union; multiple times annually, multiple weeks during each episode.
