Your Roku device is not working, it is not the remote. Make sure the Roku device has power from a wall outlet not the TV USB port. Also make sure all HDMI connections are ok. Re: TV Remote isn't working properly. I assume it's a Hisense Roku TV. Yes, any of the voice remotes will work with your TV, but you'll need another working remote to go through the pairing process. We also suggest resetting your Roku remote by pressing and holding the Back and Home buttons simultaneously for about 20 seconds.
