I purchased Office Home and Student 2021, then I returned and replaced it with Office 365. When I open excel, and select file/account, it brings up Office Home and Student. Running Microsoft Support and Recovery assistant does not delete it, and Office Home and Student does not appear in Apps and Features.

Yup, my school allows students to download Office 365 ProPlus suite as long as the student is a full-time student. I am still a full-time student. The Microsoft Office Support live agent whom I have been chatting with earlier told me to go and contact my school's IT Administrator. Thank you. :D
